David Bischoff

David cares about his clients and enjoys leveraging his legal skills and experience to help them achieve their goals.
For more than 25 years, David has maintained a busy civil litigation and domestic relations practice. David combines his trial and litigation
experience with a genuine commitment to and concern for his clients as he works with each client's unique circumstances and objectives to
chart and deploy a strategy best positioned to achieve a successful outcome. While many cases can be settled favorably through negotiated
resolution, when a trial is in his client's best interests, David tries cases with deliberate, disciplined, and resolute determination to prevail.
In addition to his practice representing parties in disputes, David is also a skilled and dedicated alternative dispute resolution practitioner.
David completed the Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation, Mediation and Conflict Management and calls on his keen interest in and experience
with dispute resolution methods and practices to assist in finding successful resolutions to even the most difficult matters.
